Only a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from Sandford Airport. All the Disney Parks are approximately a 20 minute drive with Universal Studios just a little further. Magic Landings is situated just off the US192 where you will find a wide variety of local amenities in the tourist area of Kissimmee or, if you prefer, in the slightly quieter area of St Clouds including a huge choice of excellent restaurants, shops and bars.
There is a massive selection of shopping areas all within a 25 minute drive from the villa including the Florida Mall with many famous brand shops, the Millenia Mall for exclusive designer shopping, the Loop with a large variety of shops and restaurants and a multiple screen cinema, which is approx a 10 minute drive from the villa, and the Premium Outlet Mall if you fancy picking up a designer bargain or two!!!
The complex is also opposite the Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park which holds concerts and exhibitions throughout the year.
Cocoa Beach is approx 50 minutes away and Clearwater approx 75 minutes.
Within easy reach of the villa you can also find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, windsurfing, fishing and scuba diving as well as a man made beach and picnic area around a local lake at St Clouds which is very popular with those in the know. |
